As the air turns crisp, leaves shift to fiery reds and golds, and pretzels, bratwurst, and lederhosen begin appearing across Pennsylvania, one thing is certain: Oktoberfest season is here. And with it comes a flood of Märzens and Festbiers—those malty, toasty, smooth lagers that define the season.

Pennsylvania, with its deep German brewing roots, doesn’t just celebrate Oktoberfest—it owns it. From Philly to Pittsburgh, Hershey to Pottsville, PA breweries churn out some of the best seasonal lagers you’ll find anywhere in the country. Whether you’re a malt-forward Märzen loyalist or a fan of the lighter, crisp Festbier, the Keystone State has you covered.

So, grab your stein, dust off your dirndl, and let’s dive into the Top 5 Oktoberfest Beers in Pennsylvania (plus a few honorable mentions).

The Top 5 Oktoberfest Beers in Pensnylvania Are….

(See our recent article: Embracing the Season: The Return of Fall Beers)

1. Tröegs Oktoberfest Lager (Hershey, PA)

Tröegs doesn’t do anything halfway, and their Oktoberfest Lager proves it. Brewed with a traditional decoction mash (a rarity in American brewing), this Märzen glows copper in the glass and bursts with notes of caramel, toasted bread, and gentle floral hops. At 6.1% ABV, it’s rich without being heavy, making it dangerously drinkable by the liter.

This one isn’t just a local favorite—it consistently earns national praise as one of the best American Oktoberfest-style lagers brewed today. If you’re hitting Tröegs’ beer hall this fall, a stein of this paired with their pretzels and beer cheese is mandatory.

2. Human Robot Festbier (Philadelphia, PA)

If Tröegs is about tradition-meets-accessibility, Human Robot is about absolute technical precision. Their Festbier, brewed with a double decoction mash and lagered cold and long, is a masterpiece of restraint and balance.

Think: buttered crackers, honey sweetness, and a touch of noble hop bitterness that keeps it endlessly refreshing. Beer geeks have been raving about it for years, and Untappd scores back that up—it’s one of the highest-rated Festbiers in the country.

Pro tip: If you’re in Philly this fall, don’t just drink it—drink it fresh at Human Robot’s biergarten.

3. Victory Festbier (Downingtown, PA)

Victory has been around long enough to be considered a Pennsylvania institution, and their Festbier is a shining example of why. It balances malt depth (think chocolate, caramel, and dried fruit) with an earthy hop character that makes it richer than most Oktoberfests.

Wine Enthusiast gave it a 90-point rating, and for good reason—it’s hearty, bold, and just different enough to stand out from the crowd. If you’re into darker, maltier lagers that still stay drinkable, this is your pick.

4. Boneshire Brew Works Pigtoberfest (Harrisburg, PA)

Harrisburg’s own Boneshire Brew Works has quietly built a reputation for balanced, flavorful lagers, and their Pigtoberfest is no exception. Malty and smooth, with just enough hop bitterness to keep it crisp, this beer captures the essence of the German Märzen style. It’s a perfect companion for bratwurst, pretzels, and festive gatherings.

5. Penn Brewery Oktoberfest (Pittsburgh, PA)

Over in the Steel City, Penn Brewery has been flying the German beer flag for decades. Their Oktoberfest has the pedigree to prove it, too—it’s a Great American Beer Festival medal winner.

Brewed with caramel and roasted malts, it’s a clean, medium-bodied lager that leans traditional. At 5.5% ABV, it’s smooth, approachable, and exactly the kind of beer you want in your stein while polka bands play and sausages hit the grill.

Honorable Mentions 🍂

Pennsylvania has so many stellar Oktoberfests, narrowing it to just five is almost unfair. A few more worth tracking down this fall:

  • Love City Brewing – Love Fest (Philadelphia): Weyermann malts give it a nutty, bready character with a kiss of caramel sweetness.

  • Neshaminy Creek – Creekfestbier (Croydon): Toasty, crisp, and bone-dry—a Festbier lover’s dream.

  • Sly Fox Brewing – Oktoberfest Lager (Malvern): Caramel and spice on the nose, crisp and malty on the palate. A yearly favorite.

  • Yuengling Oktoberfest (Pottsville, PA): Crisp large scale Oktoberfest

Final Thoughts

Oktoberfest season in Pennsylvania is something special. Between its rich German-American brewing heritage and its thriving modern craft beer scene, the state produces lagers that stand toe-to-toe with the best from Munich.

Whether you’re looking for tradition (Tröegs, Penn), precision (Human Robot), wide availability (Yuengling), or malt-forward richness (Victory), there’s an Oktoberfest beer here for you.

So, this September and October, skip the pumpkin spice latte and raise a stein of copper-colored lager instead. Prost!

As we posted earlier today – Two Rivers Brewing Will be Closing Their Easton Location. We have just found out what will become of their Quakertown  tap room location.

Two Rivers Brewing Announces Closure of Original Location After 13 Years

Located at 116 PA-313, Quakertown, PA 18951, Two Rivers Brewing’s taproom is part of the Trolley Barn Public Market.

After more than a decade of serving up craft beer and comfort food, Two Rivers Brewing Company has announced it will be closing the doors to its original brewpub. Co-owner Troy Reynard shared the news in a heartfelt social media post, expressing gratitude to the community for 13 years of support and patronage.

Known for its welcoming atmosphere and locally brewed beers, the brewery has been a staple in the region’s craft beer scene. While the flagship location will be shutting down, operations at the brewery’s Trolley Barn Public Market site in Quakertown—launched in 2020—will continue under new management starting September 1.

The Trolley Barn Public Market’s owner is set to take over brewing operations, initially using contracted production from the Sherman Street facility. This setup will remain in place until the new management secures a brewing license of their own.

-Two Rivers Brewing – Facebook Post

No word has been made about their Quakertown location – located at 116 PA-313, Quakertown, PA 18951 (The Two Rivers Brewing Taproom). (Located in the Trolley Barn Public Market.)

The above quote says “retail sales” and specifically lists the Easton location, however their discussion of their beers raises speculation that they may stop brewing. We will keep everyone updated with more information when available.

Sadly, the Hanover brewery staple – Something Wicked Brewing has announced today via social media that they will be closing on September 6th, 2025. Located at 34 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331, the craft brewery will be closing its doors for the last time on the 6th of September. A nod to Ray Bradbury (Something Wicked This Way Comes) Something Wicked Brewing has been a staple of Hanover for 10 years; opening their doors in June of 2015, with their soft opening in May of 2015.

Something Wicked Brewery

A Bittersweet Farewell from Something Wicked Brewing Co.

The following is Something Wicked Brewing Company’s announcement via Facebook:

After much reflection and with incredibly heavy hearts, we must share the news that Something Wicked Brewing Co. will be closing its doors. Our final pints will be poured on September 6th.
Just a few months ago, we proudly celebrated 10 incredible years of brewing craft beer, building friendships, and being part of the vibrant heartbeat of downtown Hanover. Over the past decade, we’ve had the honor of watching strangers become friends, and friends become family. We’ve shared laughter and tears, stories and songs, first dates and farewells — each moment leaving its mark on our hearts.
We had hoped to toast another ten years with you, but as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end.
To our patrons and friends, our Sinners & Saints — thank you. You are the soul of Something Wicked. We wish we could name every one of you, but two very special people deserve a shout-out: Billy Miller and Spencer Shirk, thank you for being not just loyal patrons, but unwavering friends. You’ve been there for every event — from the wildest Bloody Mary Brunches to quiet weekday pours — and we are endlessly grateful.
To our amazing staff, thank you for pouring your hearts into every shift, every pint, every conversation. You made this place what it is. Special thanks to:
– Jon Sanders, for being the face of Something Wicked for so many years.
– Our talented brewers Matt Tharp, Jacob Auer, Bry Harvey, Wes Phebus, Adam Grim, and Josh Kinard, who crafted through the years the beers you’ve come to love.
Let’s Celebrate Together
As we begin winding down over the next five weeks, we invite you to celebrate “The Wicked Dog Days Pawlooza” with us this coming Saturday and join us for the final epic moments still to come. Let’s share more stories, more laughter, and raise a few more pints — together.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Hanover — for welcoming us, supporting us, and choosing us again and again. It has been our deepest honor to serve this community.
Here’s to the memories, the friendships, and the wickedly good times.
Cheers to you all, and thanks for the memories — The Something Wicked Family
🍺❤️
Something Wicked Brewing Company has been in business for 10 years in Hanover, and have truly helped make the local community the community that it is. Ming and I got to stop there in 2020 and loved the brewery, the food, and the location. They will be truly missed, not just in the local community, but in the greater craft beer community as a whole.

Yuengling 1829 Bar & Grill Set to Open at Harrisburg International Airport https://thebeerthrillers.com/2025/07/16/yuengling-1829-bar-grill-set-to-open-at-harrisburg-international-airport/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=yuengling-1829-bar-grill-set-to-open-at-harrisburg-international-airport Wed, 16 Jul 2025 13:49:01 +0000 https://thebeerthrillers.com/?p=16510 Yuengling 1829 Bar & Grill Set to Open at Harrisburg International Airport

Pennsylvania’s craft beer scene is about to make traveling tastier. D.G. Yuengling & Son, known as America’s Oldest Brewery, is opening the Yuengling 1829 Bar & Grill at Harrisburg International Airport (HIA), bringing fresh pints and Pennsylvania pride to travelers.

A Landmark Opening for Yuengling at HIA

Harrisburg International Airport (HIA) recently announced the upcoming debut of the Yuengling 1829 Bar & Grill, slated to open by Labor Day. This exciting venture offers flyers and beer enthusiasts alike a unique opportunity to sample Yuengling’s storied brews and classic fare just steps from their gate. The new establishment will not only serve a full range of Yuengling’s celebrated beers on tap and in bottles but also pair them with a thoughtfully crafted bar and grill menu.

Why Yuengling Brewery Is a Craft Beer Icon

Historic Roots—America’s Oldest Brewery

Founded in 1829 by David G. Yuengling in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, Yuengling Brewery has long been synonymous with American brewing tradition. Remaining family-owned across six generations, the brewery expertly blends old-world craftsmanship with modern innovation.

Expanding Reach & Market Impact

Yuengling is not only the oldest operating brewery in the U.S., but also the country’s largest craft brewery by sales volume. Despite industry challenges and competition from macro-brewers, Yuengling’s approachable lagers and ales continue to win new fans, gaining market share even against national giants.

Signature Beers to Enjoy at the Airport

Visitors to the Yuengling 1829 Bar & Grill can expect to experience the brewery’s flagship pours, including:

  • Traditional Lager: A rich amber lager with roasted caramel malt and balanced hopping—synonymous with “lager” in much of Pennsylvania

  • Light Lager: Lower in calories, but full-flavored and crisp.

  • Black & Tan: A flavorful blend of 60% Dark Brewed Porter and 40% Premium Beer.

  • Golden Pilsner: A modern pilsner with a blend of Hallertau and Saaz hops.

  • FLIGHT: Yuengling’s low-cal, low-carb beer for modern palates.

  • Other classics like Lord Chesterfield Ale and Premium Pilsner round out the offerings

Experience & Amenities

Travelers can look forward to a destination that celebrates not only excellent beer, but also Pennsylvania’s hospitality:

  • Historical Beer Selection: Enjoy brews nearly two centuries in the making.

  • Locally-Inspired Cuisine: The menu is expected to showcase regional favorites and classic American fare.

  • Unique Environment: The bar and grill will be designed to immerse guests in Yuengling’s heritage.

  • Convenient for Flyers: Located inside HIA, making craft beer accessible to travelers from across the country

About Yuengling’s Legacy

Since its earliest days as Eagle Brewery in Pottsville, Yuengling has persevered through Prohibition, economic hardships, and intense market competition. Its ability to maintain consistency, quality, and independence has helped the brewery earn a loyal following and a prominent place in the American craft beer movement.

  • Production: Multiple facilities, including the original Pottsville site and a Tampa, Florida brewery.

  • Recognition: Frequently ranked as America’s largest craft brewer.

  • Family-Owned: Now under the leadership of Richard Yuengling Jr., the brewery continues to innovate while honoring tradition

Overview of Harrisburg International Airport (HIA)

Harrisburg International Airport (IATA: MDT) is the primary commercial airport serving South Central Pennsylvania and is located in Middletown, about nine miles southeast of Harrisburg. As the third-largest airport in the state, HIA is a convenient gateway for both business and leisure travelers, offering daily nonstop flights to 17 cities and a variety of one-stop routes connecting to destinations worldwide. The airport is served by major carriers including Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier, and United, ensuring accessibility to key U.S. hubs and beyond.

Facilities and Traveler Experience

HIA stands out for its traveler-friendly amenities and efficient layout. The terminal, completed in 2004, features 12 gates and a range of services such as free Wi-Fi, rocking chairs in the waiting area, an observation deck, a variety of dining and retail options, and rental car services on-site. The multi-modal transportation facility provides ample parking and easy access to ground transportation, including limos, taxis, hotel shuttles, and public transit. Clean, quiet facilities, short lines, and convenient highway access further contribute to a hassle-free airport experience, making HIA a preferred choice for residents and visitors in Central Pennsylvania.

Travelers passing through Harrisburg International Airport soon won’t just be catching flights—they’ll be toasting to Pennsylvania’s enduring beer legacy with a pint of Yuengling in hand. Whether you’re a craft beer aficionado or simply craving a taste of local flavor, the Yuengling 1829 Bar & Grill will be a must-visit destination on your journey.

Voodoo Brewing Announces Their North Shore Location is Closing https://thebeerthrillers.com/2025/06/02/voodoo-brewing-announces-their-north-shore-location-is-closing/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=voodoo-brewing-announces-their-north-shore-location-is-closing Mon, 02 Jun 2025 20:25:28 +0000 https://thebeerthrillers.com/?p=16401 Voodoo Brewing Announces Their North Shore Location is Closing

Voodoo Brewing announced via social media that their Pittsburgh, North Shore location is closing. Tuesday – June 3rd, 2025 will be its last day where you’ll be able to have a chance to go in and grab a beer. They opened August 27th, 2022. (Voodoo Brewing to Open Pittsburgh North Shore Location on August 27th) The Pittsburgh Pub is located on the North Shore at 337 N Shore Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 (in between PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium; formerly Heinz Field).

Several Voodoo Brewpubs closed in 2024 and even already in 2025.

Voodoo North Shore Brewpub Announces Closing

Voodoo Pittsburgh Pub in North Shore Announces Closing

Yesterday via social media at 12:48 PM EST they announced that their brewpub on the North Shore (near the PNC Park and Southern Tier’s location) will be closing, with the “last day to grab a beer with us here” is Tuesday (June 3rd, 2025).

Their post reads:

What a blast it’s been serving the North Shore.
After almost three years, we’ve made the call to close the pub so we can double down on what we do best: brewing world-class beer and making it more available throughout Pennsylvania. This shift will allow us to improve our production, expand distribution, and support our growing network of franchise locations across the country.
We’re entering the final days of our North Shore pub and Tuesday will be the last chance to grab a beer with us at this location. We will be open tomorrow, Monday June 2nd, at 2 PM serving up $5 draft beers.
Thank you to everyone who stopped in and supported us on the North Shore and to our staff who made it happen every single day. If you’ve been meaning to visit, now’s the time.
Come raise a glass and help us close things out right. It’s not good bye, it’s I’ll see you later.
The comment section is certainly interesting, with a mixed reaction of “oh no” to “wow, only two days notice for employees” to “what a shocker, another Voodoo Brewpub closing”. One commenter in particular saying:
woohoo 30 people no longer have jobs and they gave everyone a 2 day notice during the busiest time of the year. 🔥 another amazing business choice. ill never forget when they decided to lay off several people on christmas eve and when the owner TRIED to make us take down our pride flags. i hope this brand goes to shit as its clearly on its way there.
V’s down
With a follow up reply to that comment:

I was hoping someone would call them out on this one! I don’t understand why companies think that’s ok! I’m sure most of the hiring for summer has already taken place so that leaves these employees in an even tougher spot!

The comments followed up with rumors of what might be going into the location – possibly a “Shorty’s”.

They later posted this, at 6:09 PM via Facebook:

Voodoo Brewing Co. Pittsburgh Pub Talking About Monday’s Hours

We will be open tomorrow, Monday, June 2nd beginning at 2pm for $5 Draft beers. Come see the gang one last time on the North Shore before we close our doors Tuesday Night.

Voodoo Brewing Co. Pittsburgh Pub (Facebook Post)

Just as before, mixed comments were left. Voodoo Brewing hasn’t responded to any as of my time of writing this (4:00 PM June 2nd).

One comment saying:

I do not understand why anyone would want to waste their time and money for a company that has zero respect for their employees.
For your business to give your employees no notice that they are losing their jobs is absolutely absurd and speaks volumes.
You guys fucking suck, this is a blessing in disguise for your whole crew. They deserve better

Voodoo Brewpubs Closing

Seems to be a rash of Voodoo Brewing locations closing not just in 2024, but continuing into 2025. They are a franchise based brewery, so there is numerous locations. Some as far away (from Pennsylvania) as Reno Nevada (which has closed), which you can read about here: Voodoo Brewing Closes Reno Location.

For more information on Voodoo Brewing, the following comes via Untappd.

They are considered a “micro brewery” by Untappd, and listed as located at Meadville, PA. They have 691 unique beers and over 571,000 (just thirty – four shy of 572,000) ratings, with a global average rating of 3.94. As I click and open up their Untappd bio, I am going to assume it was hacked (or possibly an employee about to lose their job or just lost their job that still has access to the Untappd login ability) because this is what it says:

This is Voodoo Brewery, based in Meadville, PA, that opened a location in Valrico, FL. They have horrible beer that they brew themselves and skunk beer from other breweries; the service is atrocious and the vibes are mid at best despite their budget. Do not go to this expansionist corporate hell hole

Before clicking the “read more” you are just shown: “This is Voodoo Brewery, based in Meadville, PA, that opened a location in Valrico, F”

(I am quite curious when this update and change to their Untappd bio was made.)

(We will eventually get to the US Territories, as well as the Canadian Provinces, and possibly more countries; as well as doing some fun maps like a map of all the breweries we’ve been to, and other fun maps.) You can find the brewery maps here:

We are also working on a project of creating printable and downloadable PDFs and resources to be able to check and keep track of all of the breweries you’ve been to. So stay tuned for that project once we are finished with the Brewery Maps of the US States.

When Canada Attacked Yuengling! https://thebeerthrillers.com/2025/05/19/when-canada-attacked-yuengling/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=when-canada-attacked-yuengling Mon, 19 May 2025 19:44:46 +0000 https://thebeerthrillers.com/?p=16369 When Canada Attacked Yuengling!

Thirty years ago, Canada struck at the brewing pride of Pennsylvania. The sudden, unexpected broadside was aimed at Yuengling. At stake was the very definition of “America.”

Yuengling Lager

In 1995, Yuengling wanted to trademark the slogan “America’s Oldest Brewery” for its products. Since 1829, the brewery had been making its beer in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. However, Molson Brewery objected. Founded in 1786 in Montreal, Molson not only argued that it was older than Yuengling, but Yuengling’s use of “America” was “deceptively misdescriptive.” Molson’s attorneys claimed that “America is synonymous North America,” which definitely includes Canada. For Molson, Yuengling was being dishonest with beer drinkers in the United States and around the world.

The Yuengling family was unimpressed. At the time, fifth-generation brewery owner Richard L. Yuengling Jr. quipped, “When Kate Smith stands up and sings ‘God Bless America,’ she’s not singing about Saskatchewan.” Plus, the brewery had been using its slogan since 1957 without any confusion over what country Yuengling was located.

The Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office took up the dispute. Molson went as far as to introduce a Webster’s dictionary of geography to show that America means North America. Yuengling responded by showing that Molson’s marketing had previously referred to the brewery as Canada’s oldest instead of America’s. Clearly, Molson understood the distinction.

Anyone who has looked at the label of a Yuengling beer lately knows the end of the story. It took nearly four years for the Board to reach its decision. For the board members, there was no evidence that “the purchasing public in the United States would equate the term ‘America’ with North America, rather than the United States of America.” Case closed.

Over twenty years later, all was forgiven. In 2020, Yuengling and Molson announced a joint venture to distribute Yuengling beer farther west… in America.

Thank You

Thank you to everyone who voted. I will go into a much bigger thank you on the Results Page, as well as looking for feedback, suggestions for next year (and all other years going forward), and in general people’s thoughts, ideas, and if they enjoyed this year’s tournament or not. I hope everyone did. I appreciate all the time and effort everyone spent on voting and participating in the tournament, and I can only hope everyone enjoyed it. This year’s edition was plagued with a few technical issues on our website, on social media, and all kinds of things, but I think we made it through, just going an extra week long due to the issues. But ending on WrestleMania Night 2, on Easter, and on 4:20 day, kind of made up for it.

I want to congratulate all of the finalists – Allusion Brewing Company (Apollo Conference winner), Collusion Tap Works (Zeus Conference Winner), Liquid Noise Brewing Company (Cascade Conference Winner), and Acclamation Brewing (Liberty Conference Winner). All four breweries did a fantastic job throughout the tournament, and are fantastic breweries period. So if you can, go out and support these great places and people!

There was a total of 256 breweries competing this year, from 13 states and the District of Columbia.  So this was certainly a hard fought win, especially since it’s their second win, for Allusion Brewing Company. Congrats to them (again)!

If you are new to the blog and our site, and this is your first time visiting, please hang out, bookmark the site, and check back with us. We do beer news and brewery information (typically in the Pennsylvania and Central Pennsylvania area, but we do cover the larger area), as well as brewery reviews, beer reviews, opinion pieces, book reviews, hiking trails and reviews, job postings, new releases, brewery maps, and so much more. And we are ever growing and increasing. So please, stick around and tell a friend!

Thank you all for visiting and hope you all enjoyed the tournament, and cheers to all!

The Battle of the Breweries 2025: Finals Fatal Four – Way https://thebeerthrillers.com/2025/04/07/the-battle-of-the-breweries-2025-finals-fatal-four-way/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=the-battle-of-the-breweries-2025-finals-fatal-four-way Mon, 07 Apr 2025 13:00:17 +0000 https://thebeerthrillers.com/?p=16218 The Battle of the Breweries 2025: Finals Fatal Four – Way

Just before you’re about to hit play on that cassette tape of “We Are The Champions” we have one final round to go! Its the Finals Fatal Four – Way! Each of the Conference Champions will be facing off in a fatal four way to determine who is the true Battle of the Breweries (2025) Champion! And this year’s a doozy! We have two returning champions, including the Defending champion – Liquid Noise Brewing Company, as well as two first time finalists. Scroll down to the VOTE section to vote.

The Battle of the Breweries: 2025 – Championship Finals Fatal Four Way

Conference Champions

Let’s take a look at the four conference champions:

Apollo Conference

The winner, defeating Boneshire Brew Works in the Conference Championship, of the Apollo Conference is…………… Allusion Brewing Company! A former Battle of the Breweries Champion!

Cascade Conference

The winner, defeating Shy Bear Brewing – and defending their championship from 2024 – of the Cascade Conference is Liquid Noise Brewing Company!

Liberty Conference

The winner of the Liberty Conference, and making their first Finals appearance, having defeated Wolf Brewing, is Acclamation Brewing!

Zeus Conference

The winner of the Zeus Conference, defeating Dancing Gnome Brewing to advance to their first finals is Collusion Tap Works!

Finals Fatal Four Way

Much like a wrestling fatal four way match, you have four determined, grizzled, hard nosed, tough as nails; competitors facing off to determine the one true winner and champion! We take the winner of each of the conferences and pit them against each other in a four way match. (Think of WrestleMania 2000 with The Rock vs. HHH vs. Big Show vs. Mick Foley!) You can only vote for one brewery, and after two weeks – ending on 4:20, on WrestleMania XLI Night Two, ending on Easter Sunday, on Sunday April 20th, 2025; the brewery with the most votes will be the Battle of the Breweries Champion! You can vote daily for your favorite brewery. So we fully recommend 1) that you bookmark this page so you can come back to it each day, and 2) that you share this page to all of your social media platforms to help your favorite brewery out!

VOTE

(Voting has ended.)

Tournament Guidelines

We fully encourage everyone to have as much fun as possible with this tournament! Share and comment and talk about the breweries facing off. Upset your favorite brewery isn’t in the tournament? Sorry! It means one of us probably haven’t been there, or they just barely missed our cut when deciding the 256 breweries to include! Social media is a fantastic tool for sharing your brewery or your favorite brewery’s voting page. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, BlueSky, Mastodon, Tumblr, LinkTree, umm…. MySpace? LinkedIn? Pinterest? What other social medias do you cool young kids use? Whichever it is, feel free to share and bolster and brag about how your brewery is doing or encourage others to vote for your favorite brewery!

Please do keep it all in fun though. This isn’t meant to belittle or demean breweries or to create real animosity. Its a fun light hearted competition in the spirit of the NCAA March Madness basketball tournament. So with that in mind please enjoy it!

The finals round will be a two week event, unlike the previous rounds (with the exception of the one round due to technical difficulties), which were one week rounds.
