Bespoke Brewing is Moving

Firstly, Bespoke Brewing is moving – but not too far at least. Just a few hundred feet down the road. They will be taking over the former Isaac’s Restaurant. They are moving from their (moderately small) location right beside the Strasburg Railroad tourist attraction to (a few hundred feet away) down the road at the former Isaac’s Restaurant that is a sizeable size increase.

Bespoke Brewing Company

Currently Bespoke Brewing can be found at 242 Gap Rd, Ronks, PA 17572. This puts them catty – corner to the Strasburg Railroad and near the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania and Whit’s End Trading Company as well as (the currently closed) Choo Choo Barn.

Last year Ming, Don, and I stopped out there on a day full of brewery hopping in that area (we also hit the Tavern by Spring House in Strasburg, as well as Wacker Brewing, and later on stopping for dinner at the Lancaster Leidenkranz. You can read about our trip here: Brewery Hopping with Ming and Don Through Lancaster County.

They are going to still use the above building for their brewing production. This is a great idea, as this will give them even more room in their new location for seating, kitchen, retail, etc.

Bespoke Brewing Expanding

The new home to Bespoke Brewing

Bespoke Brewing is moving and will be taking over the former Isaac’s Restaurant in Strasburg. You can find it on Google Maps here: The Shops at Traintown Route 741 East, 226 Gap Rd Suite 7, Strasburg, PA 17579. As you can see on that map it is just a few hundred feet down from there current location (moving west from their current building). This will put them in the same shopping area as the (currently closed) Choo Choo Barn.

A few hours ago on their social media pages, Bespoke Brewing announced their growth:

COMING SOON – We’re excited to share that we have started renovations at a larger retail location for Bespoke! You won’t have to look far because we are moving a few hundred feet down the road to the former Isaac’s Restaurant. Our brewing operations will remain in our existing space, allowing us to increase both production and retail capacity with ample seating and parking aplenty. We look forward sharing progress updates and additional details as they develop.

Bespoke Brewing opened in 2015 and have become a favorite stop for tourists to Strasburg Railroad, as well as people passing through. Plus, being a brewery it immediately makes it a destination spot all of its own.

For More Information on Bespoke Brewing

Bespoke Brewing is owned by Ryan and Janae Dagen, who also own Speckled Hen, a Strasburg coffee shop they opened in 2015.

Bespoke Brewing opens in Strasburg – Lancaster Online

Bespoke – the term – means custom made goods and products. Its used to describe craftsmanship and quality without the consumerism production from large facilities or factories.

Bespoke Brewing is owned and operated by Ryan and Janae Dagen of Speckled Hen and Head Brewer Jon Sager. Ryan and Jon met years ago while working in construction. Their shared passion for craft beer led their paths to reconnect in order to open up Bespoke Brewing. Ryan’s appreciation of craft beer, and community spaces led the vision to renovate the former Strasburg Scooter’s building which is less than half a mile from Speckled Hen.

Jon, Head Brewer at Bespoke, began brewing beer while completing his bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry. While his love of craft beer initiated the hobby, the science of brewing is what really inspired him to want to keep learning more. Now, as head brewer at Bespoke, Jon has a mission to bring the community thoughtfully crafted, quality beer. When he isn’t at Bespoke, you might find him at a local brewery with his wife Liz. He also enjoys great food, hiking, and spending time with his family.
