Rotunda Brewing Company’s Kegs and Eggs Returns for 2023

Rotunda Brewing Company’s annual Kegs and Eggs returns March 4th, 2023

Kegs and Eggs

Rotunda Brewing Company’s annual Kegs and Eggs is returning on March 4th 2023. This has been an annual tradition for several years now at Rotunda Brewing Company (at their main brewery location in Annville, Pennsylvania – formerly the Batdorf Restaurant). Originally it started as a brewfest hosted by Bartley Kaminiski and as a fundraiser, but changes due to COVID, and with Bart’s passing, its become more of a sampling and smaller event at the brewery, but its still an annual tradition.

Last year Amy and I went and met up with Josh Doncevic and had ourselves a wonderful morning enjoying Irish breakfast, samples from Rotunda Brewing Company, Big Oyster Brewing Company, Sign of the Horse Brewing, and a few others; we then traveled over to Linglestown to check out the Black Rock Brewing Company’s brewery.

Back in 2020 – just days before the country shut down for the coronavirus / COVID – 19 – Drew Scott, Josh, and I went to the (at the time) Batdorf Restaurant for the Kegs and Eggs brewfest. Which was held upstairs, and was absolutely packed with tons of amazing breweries from all over. Funk Brewing, Troegs, Appalachian Brewing, Robin Hood Brewing, Dewey Beer Co, Yuengling, Rotunda Brewing Company, Moo Duck Brewing, Abomination Brewing, Eight and Sand, 7 Mile, Cox Brewing Company, Pilger Ruh Brewing, Jackass Brewing, and so many more that I can’t even think off the top of my head were all there. Afterwards we went to the WINGS Restaurant in downtown Annville.

(I do remember waiting for Drew and Josh to get there and starting with some Irish Carbombs first thing in the morning, including Rotunda Brewing Company’s specialty one.)

(You can read my review of their beer here: Beer Review: Irish Car Bomb Nitro Stout (Rotunda Brewing Company).)

This year looks to be no less fun. Amy and I will be there first thing in the morning before heading out for a host of activities for the day.
