Human Robot Beer is shutting down their Schuykill Banks location (on May 31st) and are opening new (two to be exact) taphouses. Crime and Punishment just recently closed and it looks like the vacancy will quickly be filled by Human Robot Beer. Human Robot Brewery will move its Schuylkill Banks tasting room to the recently vacated space of Crime and Punishment Brewing Co. at 2711 W. Girard Ave. in Brewerytown. Human Robot also has plans to open a new spot in New Hope, Bucks County.

Human Robot Beer’s Announcement

The Announcement

The following is Human Robot Beer’s announcement on Instagram:

When one door closes, TWO more open!
.
While we are sad to announce that we will be leaving our @humanrobotschuylkillbanks location on May 31st, we are VERY excited to share that we will be opening TWO new tasting rooms in the very near future.
.
@humanrobotgirard is thrilled to announce our move into the former Crime & Punishment location at 2711 W. Girard ave. We are truly honored to uphold the legacy established by Mike P, Wambs, and their amazing team over the last decade. One of our very first “meetings” took place in this space, and it holds a special place in our hearts. We cherish the memories we’ve made there over so many exceptional beers and look forward to creating even more with all of you. Our hope is to get it reopened as soon as possible. Our buddy Poe will be joining us as well, follow @poessidepiece and please follow our new social for updates!
.
@doublesNH is our new concept in New Hope, PA located at 12 W. Mechanic St. This will be a slightly different spin on what we have traditionally done. For one, we are bringing in a partner, @keithashore , to help with design and art and some special extras to be announced. This is being built from the ground up, so it will take a little longer, but look for us hopefully come July. Again, follow the socials there and we will update when we can!
.
Thanks for being on this journey with us and supporting us every step of the way. More info to come!

Human Robot Brewery Expands: New Locations in Brewerytown and New Hope

Crime and Punishment’s Brewery

Human Robot Brewery is making major moves in 2025, relocating its Schuylkill Banks tasting room to Brewerytown and launching a new concept in New Hope. Here’s what beer lovers need to know about these exciting changes.

Human Robot Brewery Takes Over Crime & Punishment’s Former Space

Human Robot Brewery will soon be calling 2711 W. Girard Avenue in Brewerytown its new home. This location, previously occupied by Crime & Punishment Brewing Co. for a decade, will become Human Robot Girard, replacing the brewery’s current Schuylkill Banks outpost, which will close on May 31, 2025. The move comes after Human Robot finalized a $760,000 purchase of the building, although the deal did not include Crime & Punishment’s business or brewing licenses.

The new taproom will retain much of the character and furnishings of Crime & Punishment, with only the brewing equipment being removed to make way for additional seating. Outdoor seating will also be available, and all former Crime & Punishment staff have been offered positions at the new Human Robot location.

What to Expect at Human Robot Girard

Patrons can look forward to the brewery’s signature lagers, pilsners, and innovative brews, including the popular Milktube pours. The food menu will feature sandwiches from Poe’s Side Piece, an offshoot of Poe’s Sandwich Joint, which is already a staple at Human Robot’s flagship in West Kensington. The brewery aims to honor the legacy of Crime & Punishment while bringing its own unique flair to the neighborhood.

Expansion Continues: New Hope Location Set for Summer

In addition to its Brewerytown plans, Human Robot is preparing to open a new tasting room called Doubles at 12 W. Mechanic Street in New Hope, marking its first venture into Bucks County. This ground-up project is expected to debut in July 2025 and will offer a slightly different experience compared to the brewery’s other locations. The New Hope outpost will bring the total number of Human Robot locations to five, including existing taprooms in Kensington, Jenkintown, and East Passyunk.

Human Robot’s Growth and Legacy

Founded in 2020 by Ken Correll, Chris Roller, and Jake Atkinson, Human Robot Brewery has quickly become a Philadelphia favorite, known for its experimental approach and dedication to quality. Head brewer Andrew Foss has helped popularize the use of Czech Lukr faucets, renowned for producing a thick, creamy foam on their beers.

The End of an Era for Crime & Punishment

Crime & Punishment Brewing Co., established in 2015, became a beloved fixture in Brewerytown, crafting nearly 500 unique beers over its ten-year run. The brewery closed its doors in April 2025, leaving behind a legacy of community and creativity that Human Robot aims to honor as it steps into the space.

With these strategic expansions, Human Robot Brewery continues to cement its reputation as one of Philadelphia’s most dynamic craft beer brands, promising new experiences for fans in both Brewerytown and New Hope.

Bitchin’ Kitty Brewery Announces Sudden Closure https://thebeerthrillers.com/2025/04/17/bitchin-kitty-brewery-announces-sudden-closure/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=bitchin-kitty-brewery-announces-sudden-closure Thu, 17 Apr 2025 17:15:17 +0000 https://thebeerthrillers.com/?p=16236 Bitchin’ Kitty Brewery Announces Taproom Closure

Just today, at 10:10 AM, Bitchin’ Kitty Brewery announced their sudden taproom and brewery closure. They followed it up with a post at 12:40 PM elucidating a bit more on the closure. But, as it stands, their last day as a taproom and brewery will be this Saturday – April 19th, 2025. The Morrisville brewery and taproom was short lived, but well loved, and was a community stalwart, giving much back to the community and hosting several fundraisers and helping with local groups like the Girl Scouts, etc. Just shy of being open for four years, they will be greatly missed. They are located at 58-B East Bridge St, Morrisville, PA 19067.

Bitchin’ Kitty Brewery Announces Taproom Closing

The Announcement

At 10:10 AM today, April 17th, 2025, Bitchin’ Kitty Brewery announced the following on social media:

It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of our taproom. We hope that during our time open you gathered here with friends and family to enjoy our beer and food and our cozy vibes and cat decor. We pride ourselves on starting a resurgence of new hospitality businesses in Morrisville Borough. We will miss our staff and customers dearly and appreciate you all.  Our last full day of service is Saturday April 19th. If you have any inquiries as to if you can purchase any of our equipment/furniture/artwork or to help in anyway please feel free to email us at support@bitchinkitten.com
They then followed it up with this post at 12:40 PM:
While we say goodbye it is important to look back at where we came from. It has been hard not to feel like we failed our customers, but the world and life is not always easy and kind to small businesses. We put all our effort and heart into this brewery and hope to keep the Kitten alive in someway in the future. We will still be open until this Saturday our normal hours. We would appreciate seeing anyone who can come out before we close! We also appreciate any help/purchases of beer, decor, and equipment we have left! Reach out to us on messages or email support@bitchinkitten.com 🐈‍⬛
The taproom is located at 58-B East Bridge St, Morrisville, PA 19067 and as the above posts show – their last day will be this Saturday; April 19th, 2025. The day before Easter (and 4:20). While most comments online have been condolences, memories, and wishing the brewery owners and staff well; they have been questioned about the short notice of the closing, in which they said: “We have contacted all staff individually, they are like family to us.” We hope for all the best for all involved, especially the staff, that they can find new gainful employment quickly. This does seem like a sudden closure, and with little preamble or indication. Recently another Greater Philadelphia area brewery just closed as well – Crime and Punishment Brewing.
2025 is certainly shaping up to be a rough year for the brewing industry, and it is unlikely that this will be the last brewery closing this year. Fingers crossed that it won’t be too many, but there are a lot of factors going against breweries today. Alcohol apathy, changing market trends, demographics, monetary concerns, tariffs on aluminum and other goods, as well as just time itself.

Butler Brew Works Announces Taproom Closure https://thebeerthrillers.com/2025/04/01/butler-brew-works-announces-taproom-closure/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=butler-brew-works-announces-taproom-closure Tue, 01 Apr 2025 13:58:38 +0000 https://thebeerthrillers.com/?p=16192 Butler Brew Works Announces Taproom Closure

It always has to be hard to make these kinds of announcements on April 1st; just due to the immediate “this has to be an April Fools Joke right?” comments and responses. But; alas, no… this is no April Fools Joke. Today at 8:30 AM the Butler Brew Works Facebook announced that their tap room is closed until further notice. You can find their Facebook post here: Butler Works Announcement.

Butler Brew Works Social Media Announcement

Butler Brew Works Closed

You can read from their Facebook post here:

We apologize for any inconvenience, but our taproom will be closed until further notice.

-Butler Brew Works (Facebook Post)

As I alluded to above, most of the comments whirled around the “is this an April Fools Joke” with others refuting that – no – in fact its not. Despite Butler Brew Works not replying to the post themselves. There was one comment saying “not having a license can do that”, so I took a look to see, and found this: PLCB Status – Butler Brew Works. According to the PLCB; all four of their liquor licenses have expired. Two were for Brewery Storage, one was for a Brewery, and one was for a Brew Pub. All four have expired, with their last two expiring (Brewery Storage and Brewery) on December 31st, 2024. Meaning from January 1st until March 31st of this year they were operating without a license.

Their main brewery location was: 101 S Main St, Butler, PA 16001.

Their taproom location in Valencia was located at: 5031 Adair Ave, Valencia, PA 16059.

Both are already listed as “Permanently Closed” on Google Maps.

So it would indeed seem its hard to keep your tap room open when you do in fact not have a license.

Without operating with one for several months, and most likely getting caught and thus the shut down, I would hazard a guess that it might be quite a while til they re-open (if they do). We will keep you updated when we get more news.

IMBĪB Custom Brews is Closing End of February https://thebeerthrillers.com/2025/01/30/imbib-custom-brews-is-closing-end-of-february/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=imbib-custom-brews-is-closing-end-of-february Thu, 30 Jan 2025 16:43:50 +0000 https://thebeerthrillers.com/?p=15914 IMBĪB Custom Brews is Closing End of February

Unfortunately, it seems like another brewery will be closing in 2025 – this time it’ll be IMBĪB Custom Brews out of Reno, Nevada. Located at 785 E 2nd St, Reno, NV – the brewery and taproom’s last day will be at the end of February, 2025.

IMBĪB Custom Brews Closing End of February

IMBĪB Custom Brews Closing

The brewery and taproom, located at 785 E 2nd St, Reno, NV 89502 will be closing at the end of February.

Following a hard 2024, in which we saw a lot of breweries closing, 2025 isn’t letting up, with even more breweries closing, and what will probably be a record year for brewery closings across the United States (and internationally).

They made this announcement about their closing:

😭🥳🍻We are sad to share that it’s last call for IMBĪB. We will be closing our doors by the end of February as we wind down the company. It’s been a lot of fun being part of this community and industry, but our model is no longer viable.
We did what we set out to do. We made world-class, award-winning beer. We pushed the boundaries of beer, and we nailed some traditional styles. We shared our passion and knowledge with the community. We helped put the Nevada beer scene on the map. We gave to as many organizations as we could and tried to say yes as often as possible. We collaborated. We learned a lot. We started with nothing and made something out of it. We will pass the torch to our fellow breweries and let them carry on making the good stuff.
For the next few weeks, we will be offering some killer deals on our beer as we’d like to see it get appreciated and savored rather than dumped. Starting today all bottles and to-go crowlers are 50% off until we close the doors. Most of these beers will age gracefully for years to come. Next week we will have a killer deal on cases of cans as soon as we finish packaging the last few batches.
We will be throwing one last party on February 1…because we are going to go out with style. Stay tuned for details, but we sure hope to see many of you in the coming weeks. Please stop in and say goodbye and imbibe a few beers with us before we lock the doors for the last time. If you are feeling generous, tip your beertender as all of our employees will be looking for new opportunities.
In the words of Woody Guthrie – “Take it easy, but take it.”

Dancing on the Coffin of ImBIB

Dancing on the Coffin at IMBIB Custom Brews

They made this announcement for February 1st:

Join us on February 1 from Noon-6pm for one final blowout beer party as we dance on the ruins of IMBĪB and say goodbye (even though we will be open for a few more weeks in Feb). The party is at our Reno brewery. We will be scouring our archives for some special beer and all of our current discounts will still be valid that day.
Lets hug, lets cry, lets fucking dance!
If you are one of the few who complains about not getting the discount you want or not getting enough free shit….please do not join us…scavengers not welcome!

Bucket Brigade Brewery Has Closed https://thebeerthrillers.com/2025/01/19/bucket-brigade-brewery-has-closed/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=bucket-brigade-brewery-has-closed Sun, 19 Jan 2025 19:42:14 +0000 https://thebeerthrillers.com/?p=15893 Bucket Brigade Brewery Has Closed

The brewery – located at 205 N Main St, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210 – has announced its closure yesterday (January 18th, 2025) via social media accounts. Their post states that the final day of the brewery’s operations will be on Sunday, January 26th, 2025.

Bucket Brigade Brewery Closing

Bucket Brigade Brewery’s announcement via social media.

Their post on Facebook reads:

After careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to close the doors of Bucket Brigade Brewery for good on January 26th. For the past 7 years, your support, passion, and friendship have meant the world to us—we can’t thank you enough for the memories we’ve shared and the community we’ve built together.
Over the last two years, it’s been clear that Bucket Brigade has evolved under Karl’s son Karlson’s leadership as head brewer. In just a year and a half, he’s earned 15 awards and taken the brewery to bold, exciting places. But with those changes came growing pains, and ultimately, Bucket Brigade Brewery wasn’t able to adapt as a brand to keep pace with Karlson’s innovative direction.
While this marks the end of Bucket Brigade, we’re excited for what’s next: Karlson will be taking over our building and launching his own venture, **Obscura Brewing Co.** Inspired by his love of pushing boundaries and exploring the unknown, Obscura Brewing Co. captures Karlson’s spirit of innovation—and with his stellar track record, we have no doubt it’s going to be something truly special.
Mark your calendars for March 6th, when Obscura Brewing Co. opens its doors for a soft opening party and AC Beer Fest ticket event. We’re thrilled to see Karlson carry on the tradition of great beer and a welcoming atmosphere—just with a fresh, new twist.
In the meantime, we’re holding a blowout sale at Bucket Brigade through January 26th. Enjoy Karlson’s outstanding beers at a fraction of the cost—mix-and-match a case of any packs for just $25. Stock up, reminisce, and toast these final days of the Bucket as we close this chapter.
We invite you to stop by, share your favorite stories, and say goodbye to Bucket Brigade in person. If you’d like to claim any donated memorabilia, please coordinate with Karl Sr directly.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us make the last 7 years so unforgettable. We’re sad to say farewell to Bucket Brigade, but we’re equally excited to see Karlson forge a new path with Obscura Brewing Co. Cheers, and we hope to raise a glass with you soon!
So looks like all is not over; as Karlson will be still brewing with a new brewery called “Obscura Brewing Company”. More news will be upcoming on their opening and what all will be happening with them.
Also be sure to stay informed via Bucket Brigade’s social media pages as they announce closing hours and sales.
Amy and I got to visit Bucket Brigade Brewery back in 2021 (in either October or November). Here’s to the future of Obscura Brewing Company and hoping all is well for all those and their future endeavors wherever they may end up.
Just yesterday we announced also that the Beer Busters Podcast will be hanging it up, and today we unfortunately have this news, and it sounds like we’ll be making a post about another brewery’s closing tomorrow if the rumors be true (unfortunately). So be tuned in for that.

Gateway Craft Brewing Has Closed https://thebeerthrillers.com/2025/01/15/gateway-craft-brewing-has-closed/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=gateway-craft-brewing-has-closed Wed, 15 Jan 2025 18:13:15 +0000 https://thebeerthrillers.com/?p=15877 Gateway Craft Brewing Has Closed

Located at 2207 Northwood Dr Unit 3A, Salisbury, MD 21801, Gateway Craft Brewing opened in 2020, and unfortunately is having to close down. 2025 is starting off rough this year, Four Seasons Brewing has announced that they are “currently” closed, and now Gateway Craft Brewing has permanently closed. Gateway Craft Brewing was one of a few breweries located in Salisbury MD, and opened during a rough time, with the pandemic, and all of the other events and happenings of 2020.

Gateway Craft Brewing’s announcement on social media.

Gateway Craft Brewing Announces Permanent Closing

At 9:41 AM this morning, Gateway Craft Brewing made the following announcement via Facebook:

2025….

….is starting off on a bad note. Unfortunately, we must close Gateway Craft Brewing permanently. For the past 4 years we had enjoyed sharing our beer and the company of our customers and friends. Tim’s recovery from the surgery is coming along fine, but he continues to have difficulty walking, making it painful to complete all the tasks needed to maintain the brewery. If we can’t make beer, we are unable to bear the costs of keeping it open.

It has been very painful coming to this decision.

Thank you for your help and support in giving us the opportunity to further the craft beer vibe here on the Eastern Shore. Please join us Saturday January 25 for potluck, our remaining beer, discounted merch, and sharing time with friends.

Gateway Craft Brewing Facebook Post

2024 was a tough year for a lot of breweries, and 2025 doesn’t look to be much better. Tim’s medical and health issues also complicated and made things a lot harder as well for Gateway Craft Brewing.

Little Mutants Brewery Closing

For more information on their closing, you can see our article here: Little Mutants Brewing Has Closed.

The long and short of it though, is that Little Mutants Brewery was being quite shady near the end, underpaying (or not even paying bartenders at all), failing to provide the things they guaranteed for performers at their venue, ghosting performers on upcoming events, and much more. The above article goes into detail a bit more.

Little Mutants Has Closed https://thebeerthrillers.com/2024/12/27/little-mutants-has-closed/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=little-mutants-has-closed Fri, 27 Dec 2024 15:26:26 +0000 https://thebeerthrillers.com/?p=15824 Little Mutants Has Closed

It appears that Little Mutants, from Lancaster PA, has gone the (newly popular route) of ‘silent closing’. Or ‘ghost closing’. Which basically just means they’ve closed, but without a big to-do about it, or a big announcement, or even any announcement at all. If you look at their Facebook and Instagram accounts, and even their website, they all just show recent events being that of their ‘upcoming’ Oktoberfest, and all posts end around September 21st-28th. Located at 841 N Prince Street, Lancaster PA, 17603 Little Mutants considered itself a brewery, but listed as a ‘cidery’ on Untappd, and viewed as a venue and entertainment location by most in Lancaster.

Little Mutants

Little Mutants is Closed

Add Little Mutants to the list of breweries that have closed in 2024. (An ever increasingly growing number.) By all appearances they had closed before the end of October; though they did so silently, and without alerting anyone. Their Facebook, Instagram, and Website, still had events listed past October, but no posts past September 28th.

Digging into things, all I’ve really been able to locate about reasons for closing is this thread on Lancaster’s sub-reddit:

In it they discuss multiple reasons for the the venue and brewery closing. Some things, like bartenders not being paid, people who were running shows at the venue not getting the guarantees that they had asked for, and even more salacious rumors of the ownership and employees. (Note some of these are rumors, but some have also been verified as true.)

One quote from the post reads:

This is a pattern for them. And a big reason why everything is imploding so quickly. It has gotten really messy but here’s what I know –

Apparently one of the day-1 bartenders/creative partners who really put a lot of effort into elevating the experiences there and invested personal money (nearly 10k) into it with the promise of reimbursement (not ideal, but apparently finances are a disaster over there), eventually left after trying to get paid not just for the business expenses, but his actual wages too. The bartender had to screenshot the very avoidant and blamey text conversation they had with the owner and post it on their IG story before he was paid back, but not before being blamed for causing emotional distress and a bunch of other weaponized therapy-speak.

There have been long-standing concerns about harm reduction, given the culture there (and Stygian, the Shadowlands DJ/organizer, posted a very well-articulated response to everything going on on their IG story on Friday or Saturday). The “creative director” there has been having a long-standing affair with the owner and that whole situation has resulted in some rather poor choices being made both internally and some downright absurdly disrespectful treatment of artists who worked with them, and its just all blowing up in pretty spectacular fashion.

Another quote from the post reads:

Hi, I was a main bartender there. It’s all a huge mess and I am owed thousands of dollars from my credit card tips being stolen without my knowledge. The only other bartender noticed and did the math, and I eventually did too to figure out how large the difference was. It’s like it all crumbled within a matter of weeks, and the stress of it all has been making me sick. I received a text from the one owner (who is in the spotlight) on 10/4 saying I was no longer able to work there due to lack of funds. It was really devastating for me financially to be cut off like that.

I always tried to be neutral, positive, and do well at my job but in the end I was too trusting and was burned badly. I loved that venue for hosting alternative electronic music, metal shows, and of course Shadowland but I am left really hurt by it all. I even feel embarrassed for believing in the cause and being associated with it. I am thankful for the people I met there and fun I had… but that place truly was set on fire, pissed on, and suplexed in a matter of weeks and unfortunately me, the other bartender, DJs, and (incredible) queens have suffered greatly over the terrible ownership decisions that were made by one particular owner.

I still haven’t been paid what I’m owed. The other bartender thankfully has, though. I will say the other owners and investors are fighting for me and have been absolutely amazing supporting me through this.

Edit to add: I’ve been quiet about this on my socials because I want to actually get paid what I’m owed, and it’s truly such a dumpster fire that I feel like I just want to move on with my life… I have so much other shit going on.

There is also an Instagram post on the situation (from the Reddit thread): InstagramDJ Stygian.

One person on the thread even commenting that they had an upcoming show and just suddenly stopped receiving e-mails and replies from Little Mutants ownership. So it seems like it was a full ghosting on all people and to everyone involved. This speaks much more to the ownership, those running the business, than it does about the business in general; and sadly gives the craft beer industry and the brewing industry as a whole a bad name. While there has been several poor owners and bad managers and companies in the craft brewing industry (looks at Imprint) – generally speaking, the craft brewing industry is filled with hard working, dedicated, community forward individuals.

As we find out more on the story and about Little Mutants and their closing and whats in store for the business, we will be sure to post here, so stay tuned and keep checking back with us.

Emlenton Brew Haus Closes https://thebeerthrillers.com/2024/11/20/emlenton-brew-haus-closes/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=emlenton-brew-haus-closes Wed, 20 Nov 2024 23:30:21 +0000 https://thebeerthrillers.com/?p=15732 Emlenton Brew Haus Closes: A Final Cheers to a Beloved Local Spot

Today, craft beer lovers in Western Pennsylvania were met with disappointing news: Emlenton Brew Haus has closed its doors permanently. In a heartfelt announcement on Facebook, the owners expressed their gratitude to the community, former staff, and loyal patrons who supported the Brew Haus over its 3 ½-year journey.

Emlenton Brew Haus’s social media post and announcement

A Bittersweet Farewell

“We are sad to announce that after 3 ½ years, the Emlenton Brew Haus will be closing effective immediately,” the post began. “The Brew Haus Owners, management, and staff would like to thank the community, and all of the prior staff for all the help and support during this adventure.”

The message struck a chord with customers, many of whom took to social media to share their memories and express their sadness.

“I am very sorry to hear this. Great food, beer, and hospitality. I would drive from Pittsburgh just to have your beers,” wrote Martin Smith. “This is just too bad, and Emlenton needs to try and develop the area more for tourists, like boat, kayak docks, etc.”

“Totally bummed to hear this,” commented Jim Ernst. “I loved stopping in for a beer or a bite to eat during my travels across PA.”

These heartfelt responses highlight how much the Brew Haus meant to locals and visitors alike.

Emlenton Brew Haus was located at 610 Main St, Emlenton, PA 16373.

A Hub of Craft Beer and Community

Since opening its doors, the Emlenton Brew Haus made a name for itself with its commitment to craft beer, locally sourced food, and family-friendly fun. Owned by the Garis and Page family, the brewery offered more than just beer—it provided unique experiences like refurbished duck-pin bowling lanes, shuffleboard, and a pool table. It was a space where the community could come together over shared meals and drinks.

The food, helmed by Chef Julie Terwilliger, a graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, featured fresh, Pennsylvania-sourced ingredients. Customers loved not only the brews but also the thought and care poured into every menu item. From the best old fashioneds in the state to beers crafted with local flair, the Brew Haus left an indelible mark on those who visited.

Why Did Emlenton Brew Haus Close?

While the owners haven’t elaborated on the reasons for the closure, location and accessibility may have played a role. Emlenton, a small town along the Allegheny River, boasts natural beauty and charm but can be challenging to reach for those outside the immediate area.

“This was a very cool place,” reflected Torie Neal. “It was just a little out of our driving range for frequent visits. My siblings and I all came right when it opened and really enjoyed the duck-pin bowling.”

A Loss for Emlenton

The closure is a poignant reminder of how difficult it can be for small businesses, even beloved ones, to thrive. The Brew Haus wasn’t just a business—it was a part of the Emlenton community.

“So sorry, guys,” wrote Meg Cratty Dreher. “Your addition to the town was a great, costly venture. It didn’t go unnoticed how much time and effort you put forth in trying to help better our town.”

As Emlenton Brew Haus closes its doors, locals and visitors alike are left with memories of good times, great beer, and the unique experiences it offered. The future of the building remains uncertain, but its impact on the town and the people who frequented it won’t soon be forgotten.

A Final Toast

While it’s sad to see the Brew Haus go, it’s important to celebrate what it brought to Emlenton—a vibrant space for craft beer enthusiasts, families, and friends to gather. To the Garis and Page family and everyone who made Emlenton Brew Haus what it was: thank you for the memories, the beer, and the joy you brought to the community.
